About Us

We are Francis and Nate, two old soldiers who are now old dads. We are both veterans of the Global War and Terror and found it to be a terrible idea all around. Since neither of us wanted to get into selling whiskey with pictures of guns on them, we decided on a podcast to talk about why you shouldn't join the Army.

We hit a tipping point a few years backd and we decided we didn't want to talk about the military all the time, but we didn't want to stop talking. So the show changed and evolved with us to where we are today.
